13 7 ........... bye January

So I was 13.7 this morning and it's provoked a bad day. I really don' think smart points are working for me. I don't like that treats are proportionally high compared to other things.  Eggs and chicken are 0sp but I don' want eggs and chicken every day. Also the first 3 fit points earned in a day don'  count towards food. Anyway I have decided to go back to pp as they worked do well for me before.
The problem is I have a ladies night on Friday and my parents are coming up mon to wed. We also have left over dominos fordinner tomorrow night. Husbands brother was here for dinner tonight and we got Dominos. There is do much left so having tomorrow too.
I do think o need to start now though. I can try my best then give it my all for the rest of Feb. FIT FEBRUARY

Day 7 49sp

Today is high in points but I didn't binge. It's all chocolatey snacks. Did a work out while A napped. Went to a friend' house this afternoon for an impromptu play date.

Day 5 43sp

Feel like I've been really bad today. I'e picked at some baby crisps which don' have many calories, some white choc chips when making my muffins.
Had a lemon poppy seed muffins for breakfast. Banana and Peanut butter for morning snack.  Got loads of washing done today and ironed while A slept. Walked A and dog this afyernoon.Made raspberry and white chocolate muffins from ww app and drank a glass of red while making them. Scoffed a test one right before dinner.which was salmon and lemon risotto. Im now sitting writing this woth a cup of tea.

Day 4 38sp

Had a 0sp breakfast of yoghurt whizzed with frozen fruit. Had a storyland class and play ate today. Husband out tonight so I had the ww jalfrezi left overs from freezer.  Ate the rest of my halo icecream.  Had to add an extra 4sp on for stealing a few of husband's chips from the kebab he brought home.

Day 3 (36-4)32sp

Had 30g porridge for breakast. Walked to the community centre for tigers. Had a tuna mayo sandwich for lunch. Shared a homemade  ww lemon muffin with A and a pear for an afternoon snack. Had a glass of red wine 4sp before dinner. Dinner was fajitas woth homemade guacamole 16sp. Feel like I've had a really bad day but I haven't really. It' just the wine and guacamole.

Day 2 28sp earned 3fp

I made chilli and fine a work out while A napped. Felt v productive.

Breskfast was banana pancakes 2sp. Scrambled egg with toast for dinner. 3/4 of an organix bar for a snack and some fruit. Chill for dinner and lemon poppy seed muffins at night.

Day 1 26sp earned 4fp

Had fat free greek yogurt with blueberries honey and a sprinkling of Chia seeds. Had a morning snack of organix carrot cake bar before heading to the dentist for a filling. Had French toast for lunch while A napped. Took A a walk to the pharmacy in the afternoon. We had a pear for an afternoon snack. I did a huge Tesco shop. Made smoked haddock with a sort of lentil stew.  I made ww lemon poppy seed muffins tonight.

What am I doing ........

Last Monday I was 13 4 . This morning I was 13 12. I had cancelled my ww subscription and was going to go solo. I just don' t know what I am doing. I desperately want to have a healthier diet but will not sacrifice junk. I honestly don't think I can manage a day without a sweet treat. I've came to the conclusion that the only way for me not to sabotage my healthy eating every night is to not have sweet treats in the house.  I could ration what's left or bake a ww treat. I am going to set a goal of sticking to ww for a whole month. That would be a massive achievement.  Right I will weigh in tomorrow.  Start a fresh. My aim is to lose a stone by the end of February. That's 5 weeks. Bring. It.on

Fresh start - don't let a bad week ruin your plan 13 9 ( 29- 11) 18sp

So finishing off the Christmas pudding and eating haribo all weekend had ruined the work I put in at the start of the week. It was the first week not breast feeding so I am going to use this an excuse and get straight back into it. I feel so fat and ugly just now.

I had 0% greek yoghurt, blueberries and honey for breakfast 4sp. Went to soft play and had an Americano no cake!
Scrambled egg with toast 3sp tomato sauce 2sp for lunch.
Carrot cake bar 4sp and pear as an afternoon snack after walking to Tesco and back.
Had lentil, squash and sweet potato soup woth cheese bread for dinner.
Jelly and cream for dessert. 1sp

Day 6 ?? Sp

Aw man. I didn't get up until 10am as i was up 3am until after 5 with A. He then slept late so in turn I did too. Had a big lunch of homemade tuna melt with mayo on the side. My afternoon snack was a low point. I.also.made a ww jalfrezi for dinner which was super low point but had a ton of mango chutney on the side. Then later after watching ferry girls I had Christmas pudding!
